Plans For The Region
Uniting Communities and Driving Growth:
Guanajuato, Mexico, is witnessing a transformative project with the construction of Libertad Boulevard, also known as the "Vineyard Strip," connecting San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo.
The boulevard aims to improve transportation, reduce travel time, and foster economic growth by attracting new investments and job opportunities. A key feature of the development is the planned World Trade Center, which will serve as a hub for international trade, business networking, and cultural exchange.
The project also includes the creation of new residential areas, commercial spaces, and recreational facilities, catering to both Mexican residents and the expat community, who will benefit from improved connectivity and economic opportunities. As construction progresses, Libertad Boulevard is poised to usher in a new era of growth, collaboration, and cultural exchange in Guanajuato.

San Miguel de Allende, a charming colonial city in Mexico's Guanajuato state, captivates visitors with its stunning baroque architecture, vibrant arts scene, and rich cultural heritage. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a perfect blend of history, beauty, and modern amenities, making it an enchanting destination for both locals and expats alike.

Dolores Hidalgo, the cradle of Mexican independence, is a historic town in Guanajuato known for its pivotal role in the country's fight for freedom. This charming town is also renowned for its colorful ceramic industry and delightful culinary scene, making it a must-visit destination for history buffs and culture enthusiasts.. .

The small but delightful town Atotonilco means "Place of the Hot Waters." Since pre-Hispanic times, the area's hot springs were believed to have healing powers and hosted curative ceremonies. The Sanctuary is also historically significant - Ignacio Allende was married here. It's the birthplace of Mexican independence, 1810. and Padre Hidalgo's army used the Virgin of Guadalupe banner from its walls as their standard in the fight for independence from Spain.

From traditional Mexican flavors to global gastronomy, the region's restaurants cater to every palate. Foodies can savor authentic dishes from around the world, perfectly paired with exceptional local wines from nearby vineyards, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience in a charming and historic setting.

Next door to La Brisa Toscana is Tres Raices Vineyard. Tres Raices, meaning "three roots," is a Mexican winery named after its three owners. Founded in 2016, it opened to the public in 2018. With 26 hectares of maturing grapevines, 2019 marked their first harvest. Previously, they sourced grapes from other Mexican growers, including some from their winemaker Alejandra Cordero's home state of Chihuahua.

The area is blessed with natural hot springs and luxurious spas, offering visitors a chance to unwind and rejuvenate. These geothermal wonders and world-class spa facilities provide a perfect escape from the stresses of daily life, allowing guests to immerse themselves in tranquility and wellness.
